  • How many rewards can I receive?

  • Do I have to have a Sam's Club Membership?
    Yes, you must have an active Sam’s Club Membership as of September 15, 2022 to participate in this offer.
  • Do purchases on qualifying items made on Samsclub.com or the Sam's Club App qualify towards the $30 purchase minimum?
    Qualified purchases must occur online via www.samsclub.com for Curbside Pickup or Scan & Go or purchased in club. Purchases from 1) Ship to Home and Home Delivery 2) any 3rd party company including but not limited to Instacart.com do not qualify and will be rejected if submitted to the Program.
  • Who is eligible?
    All active US Sam's Club members (excluding U.S. territories). All members must have a valid Sam's Club account as of September 15, 2022. To participate all members must have an email address where they can send and receive emails and a mobile phone number that can receive an SMS. Submission only from Participating Mobile Carriers will be accepted. Emails with an international domain will not be accepted.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE — ACCOUNT SET-UP
  • How do I set-up an Account to participate in the KDP Sam's Club 2022 program?
    It is required that you create an Account on www.ThirstforMoreChallenge.com to participate in the KDP Sam's Club 2022 program. To set-up an Account visit www.ThirstforMoreChallenge.com, provide the information in the required fields including a valid email address and mobile phone number where you can receive an SMS message. To complete the set-up, click “Create Account.” You will then receive an SMS message. Click the secure link within the SMS to activate your Account. Your Account will then be set-up for you to log-in and submit receipts to earn the $10 Sam’s Club eGift Card. Submission only from Participating Mobile Carriers will be accepted.
  • Can I use my Samsclub.com log in and password for this offer?
    No, your samsclub.com account log in is different from the ThirstforMoreChallenge.com account log in.
  • Can I set-up multiple Accounts?
    You are limited to set-up only one (1) Account. Once an email address and mobile phone is used to set-up an Account this email address and mobile phone will not be permitted to be used for any other Account set-up to participate in the KDP Sam's Club 2022 program.
  • Where will the link required to activate the account be sent?
    You will receive a link via SMS that will be sent to the mobile phone number provided when you set-up your Account. You must click this link to activate your account so you can start participation in the program.
  • What should I do if I never received the SMS Text, OR, did not activate my account?
    If you did not receive a text message to activate your account, you will not be able to log in and submit your receipt. When you attempt to log in, a notification will be displayed informing you that your account still needs to be activated before you can log- in and submit a receipt. At that time, you will be presented with the option to request the activation text message be sent to you again. Note that the activation text message will be sent to the phone number you provided at registration.
  • What should I do if I forgot my username or password?
    The log in page contains a link for “Forgot Username or Password.” Please click this link to have a replacement password sent via email. Please login with this replacement password. If you have additional questions, click here to contact Customer Service via email.

  • How do I submit my receipt(s)?
    When you visit www.ThirstforMoreChallenge.com, log in to your account and select your Method of Purchase (In-Club, samsclub.com Curbside Pickup or Scan & Go receipt) and follow these steps for each specific method of purchase:

    In-Club Receipt
    Participant will need to select this Purchase Method from www.ThirstforMoreChallenge.com and indicate the quantity of qualified items on the receipt. To access the receipt, Participant will need to open the Sam's Club app, navigate to the Scan & Go section of the app, click the receipt icon in the top left corner, and click on the date of their purchase. Once the digital receipt is pulled up, click the box/up arrow in the top right and select the mail icon to be able to forward this receipt to the email address (the “Submission Address”) that will be displayed on www.ThirstforMoreChallenge.com. Forward the entire email and do not change any of the content. This email must be sent with the receipt as a PNG file from the same email address that is registered to the Account. Submissions from any other email address will not be processed. Do not submit screenshots of receipts. Screenshots of receipts is not an acceptable format and will not be processed.

    If the participant has a an Emailed in club purchase receipt from Sam’s Club, Participant will need to select this Purchase Method from www.ThirstforMoreChallenge.com, select Emailed receipt, indicate the quantity of qualified items on the receipt and select Confirm. In order to complete submission, forward the Emailed In-Club Receipt from Sam’s Club to the Submission Address that will be displayed on www.ThirstforMoreChallenge.com. Forward the entire email and do not change any of the content. This email must be sent from the same email address that is registered to the Account. Submissions from any other email address will not be processed. Do not submit screenshots of receipts. Screenshots of receipts is not an acceptable format and will not be processed.


    Scan and Go Receipt
    Participant will need to select this Purchase Method from www.ThirstforMoreChallenge.com and indicate the quantity of qualified items on the receipt. To access the receipt, Participant will need to open the Sam's Club app, navigate to the Scan & Go section of the app, click the receipt icon in the top left corner, and click on the date of their purchase. Once the digital receipt is pulled up, click the box/up arrow in the top right and select the mail icon to be able to forward this receipt to the email address (the “Submission Address”) that will be displayed on www.ThirstforMoreChallenge.com.     Samsclub.com Curbside Pick-Up Receipt
    Participant will need to select this Purchase Method from www.ThirstforMoreChallenge.com and indicate the quantity of qualified items on the receipt. Note, only the receipt from Sam’s Club after you pick-up your items will be accepted. In order to submit this receipt, forward the Curbside Pickup Confirmation receipt that includes the date, time, and location of pick up to the Submission Address that will be displayed on www.ThirstforMoreChallenge.com. Forward the entire email and do not change any of the content. This email must be sent from the same email address that is registered to the Account. Submissions from any other email address will not be processed. Do not submit screenshots of receipts. Screenshots of receipts is not an acceptable format and will not be processed.

    REMINDER: Only the receipt from Sam's Club after you pick-up your items will be accepted.
  • What if I received my Curbside Pickup or Scan & Go receipt from Sam's Club at a different email address than that which I registered to my Account at www.ThirstForMoreChallenge.com?
    Your email submission must be forwarded or sent from the same email address that is registered to your Account at www.ThirstforMoreChallenge.com. Submissions from any other email address will not be processed.

    If the receipt you received from Sam's Club was sent to a different email address than that which you registered to your Account at www.ThirstForMoreChallenge.com, then simply forward your email receipt from Sam's Club to the email address you you registered at www.ThirstForMoreChallenge.com. After following the required steps outlined on the submission site, forward your receipt to the submission address from the email account you registered on www.ThirstForMoreChallenge.com.

    Not sure which email you registered with your www.ThirstForMoreChallenge.com account? Simply click the Account Profile icon to see the email you registered. The Account Profile icon is located on the top right of all pages following your log-in.
  • Can my qualifying purchase be made over multiple shopping trips?
    No, qualifying purchases must be made in one transaction and through one method of purchase (for samsclub.com, transaction must use a single method of purchase, i.e., Curbside Pickup). Any amount less than $30 spent on participating brands will be rejected. Any amount that exceeds a $30 purchase of participating brands will NOT apply to any subsequent submission for an additional Sam’s Club eGift Card. Further, the $30 purchase must be met before taxes, shipping and fees and after any other discounts have been applied.
  • What types of images can be used for digital submissions?
    In-store receipts can be submitted for the digital process as jpeg, png, or pdf file types with a maximum file size of 5MB each. Scan & Go receipts must be forwarded as a PNG format from Scan & Go in the Sam’s Club app. Samsclub.com Curbside Pickup receipts must be forwarded as HTML emails.
